What Personal Information about its visitors Does Dynamic Sales Solutions Gather?

The information we learn from visitors helps us personalise and continually improve your experience at Dynamic Sales Solutions.
We use the information to communicate with you about offers, products and services, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display content such as customer reviews and recommend businesses and services that might be of interest to you.
Here are the types of information we gather.

Information You Give Us:

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customising future offers for you, improving our site and communicating with you.

Automatic Information:

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use “cookies” and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Dynamic Sales Solutions. Several companies offer utilities designed to help you visit websites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a personalised experience at Dynamic Sales Solutions if we cannot recognise you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist.

E-mail Communications:

To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Dynamic Sales Solutions if your computer supports such capabilities. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please let us know by either contacting us or unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of an e-mail.

What about Cookies?

Cookies are most often small text files that websites may put on your computer whilst you are browsing. Cookies are used for many different purposes. For example, they can:

  • help search engines remember that you want your search results in English;
  • help a website remember your preferences so that you don’t need to customise it every time;
  • help our website to deliver a better service by showing you the content most relevant to you;
  • identify and resolve errors so that the site is improved for everybody;
  • analyse how well a website is performing.

The most common function of cookies is to remember bits of information that help make browsing the web easier and more hassle-free for you.

Here is an example of a cookie:

Name: SomeCookie
Value: 1234a5b678c9
Domain: www.yourwebsite.co.uk
Expires: 13th September 2015

The cookie explained:

Name = The name of the cookie
Value = The piece of information that the cookie is created to store
Domain = The website where the cookie is used
Expires = The date when the cookie will be deleted from your web browser

All modern browsers have tools to help you delete or block cookies. But it’s important to remember that many websites need cookies to function properly. By deleting or blocking cookies, you could also block certain personalised features and you may not be able to take full advantage of some of the website’s features.

Does Dynamic Sales Solutions share the Information it receives?

Force Majeure

a. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, force majeure shall include, but is not limited to: failures or malfunctions of internet, data, network, electricity, and telecommunication infrastructure and facilities; widespread cyber-attacks, cybercrime, network breaches, (D)DoS attacks; power outages; defects in goods or software prescribed by you for use by the Supplier; natural disasters, including acts of God, lightning, and fire; civil unrest; government actions or regulations; mobilisation; war; terrorist activity; disruptions to transportation; industrial action, including strikes and lockouts; business interruptions; supply chain delays; unavailability of personnel due to illness; epidemics and pandemics; and import or export restrictions.

b. A party affected by an event of force majeure shall not be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions nor liable for any delay or failure in performance of any obligations under this agreement, provided that such delay or failure is directly caused by an event of force majeure. The time for performance of obligations shall be extended accordingly. However, this clause does not relieve either party of their obligation to make payments that are due and payable.

c. Should the force majeure event persist for a continuous period exceeding one (1) month from its onset, the other party has the right to issue a termination notice. The notice must specify the termination date, which shall be no less than seven (7) clear days from the date the notice is served. Upon valid delivery of such notice, this agreement shall terminate on the specified termination date.

What this means:

In simple terms, this clause protects both parties if unforeseen and uncontrollable events—such as natural disasters, wars, cyber-attacks, or regulatory restrictions—prevent one or both parties from fulfilling certain contractual obligations. While we remain committed to delivering our services, this clause ensures that neither party is unfairly held liable for events beyond their reasonable control.

Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

a. The services governed by these Terms and Conditions may be subject to export control laws and trade restrictions under UK regulations. Our services must not be re-exported, sold, transferred, or used in connection with any embargoed countries (as per UK Government guidelines) or by sanctioned individuals or entities.

b. If you or your end users access or use our services in violation of applicable UK Government sanctions or export restrictions, you will bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences. You agree to ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, including UK export and import regulations.

c. You confirm and warrant that no content, data, or services obtained through our platform will be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to activities prohibited under UK Government resolutions, such as supplying goods or services to sanctioned entities or individuals. You further agree to ensure that your customers comply with these requirements.

d. If we determine that you, your affiliates, employees, directors, or agents have breached UK export laws regarding embargoed countries, we reserve the right to immediately terminate our agreement with you.

What this means:

This clause ensures that both parties comply with UK laws regarding sanctions and export controls. It prevents services from being used in violation of government-imposed trade restrictions and allows us to terminate agreements in cases of non-compliance. Sanctions exist to address international security and human rights concerns, and by adhering to these rules, we help ensure legal and ethical business practices.
