Now, when you visit a businesses Facebook page, you will notice there is a call-to-action button that is the width of the cover photo.
New sections, “Services” & “Products”
Facebook now allows businesses to list services and products as tabs on their page.
Reply to comments as a private message
When a user comments on one of your Facebook posts, there is a new option to reply via a private message to the commenter.
Rewards for being responsive
Businesses that respond promptly to messages will receive a badge on their page identifying them as “Very Responsive to Messages”.
